Ability Unlimited provides Dance-Theatre Classes, Choreography Classes, Summer Dance Workshops, Theatre Arts Camps, Teacher Training Workshops and specialized classes in Delhi, as well as lectures/performances, workshops, residencies and main stage performances both in Delhi and across India. We conduct regular training programs round the year for students of all ages with disabilities. Training focus is on exploration of individual dance vocabulary while building confidence, cooperative skills and appreciation of each other's creative - expression is a major goal. Classes include contact improvisation, creative dance technique, choreography and performance skills.

We regularly invite well-known dance gurus, choreographers, light designers, music composers, painters, costume designers and painters to teach our regular classes. This gives students a vital experiential opportunity, necessary to become professional artistes, choreographer and directors.

Ability Unlimited’s outreach programme is gradually reaching over 120,000 individuals throughout the country annually.
